MIWM: What is your design aesthetic? What inspires you to create?
I’d say it’s simple and chic. I just love fashion; I love style and I love the creative process. Actually making something, with an end product you can hold and wear, is an amazing and rewarding feeling.
MIWM: If you were to describe your style in two words what would they be?
Easy + evolving.
MIWM: Do you think fashion should be attainable for all people? Why or why not?
I think fashion should certainly be attainable for all people; you could shop at any price point and still be fashionable, it’s just about making the right choices for you.
MIWM: Who would you say is your ideal customer?
Our customer is the girl on the go; whether she’s a stay-at-home mom or a business woman, I try to design pieces that add value to our customers’ wardrobes. I love women that can take one dress and wear it 10 different ways.
MIWM: Do you ever make custom items for customers who may have a certain design in mind?
We don’t do custom per-se, but the way we are set up currently allows us a little bit of leeway to get our customers different colorways, for example.
